Job Description

We're looking for someone who's looking for something. Someone who's not quite content with where they are and what they've got. The Role

A Senior Account Manager will be expected to carry out similar tasks as an Account Manager but will also take on responsibilities associated with the Account Director role. The role will already have experience of working across a range of projects as an Account Manager and should demonstrate the ability to draw on previous experience to make recommendations to clients and proactively propose solutions to their problems.

The role will demonstrate sufficient knowledge of the client's business to be able to actively contribute to and critically assess content development. The role will build your confidence to have more strategic conversations with clients, without always needing a more senior member of the team to be involved.

Qualifications

  • You will have knowledge (and experience) of the healthcare & pharmaceutical market
  • You will be a strong commercial acumen & financial / budget management
  • You will have the ability to identify opportunities for growth
  • You will have relationship management experience and ability to interact efficiently with various stakeholders across different geographies at all organisational levels
  • You will have experience having already worked within an agency environment
  • You will hold great communication and stakeholder management skills
  • You will be able to identify continuous improvement opportunities through evidence backed decisions
  • You will have the ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of an organisation
