About the Design team

The whole design team works across most things at . From brand identity, product videos and performance marketing to animation brand experiences, to holistic product experiences on web and mobile, with great technical documentation.

We're a fully complementary team of researchers, writers, designers and operations, where some are embedded into small project teams and others work across multiple projects.

About the Brand Design team

The Brand Design team sits within the design team, and leads the expressive visual strategy for We do this by creating, evolving, and maintaining the visual brand identity design system. We create world class motion, animation and video work with our colleagues and partners across the business, always learning from our previous projects to push our creativity and engagement with our brand!

What you'll be doing
    • Collaborating, pushing and evolving our motion and animation principles, specifically intended to demonstrate and communicate our brand across the animation, video and motion world.
    • Video and editing, ensuring that we delight our customers with a unique brand video experience.
    • Integrated animations, making amazing animations that sets the industry standard and are integrated across campaigns, digital product, videos etc.
    • Rethinking how we display information, evaluating, defining and expressing our brand and information in an exciting and motion based way.

About you
    • Demonstration of branding and brand experience across motion, animation and video, creatively leading projects with strong conceptual thinking.
    • Demonstration of high quality editing video and sound to produce creative outputs.
    • Demonstration of animation and motion across multiple communication channels.
    • A good level in understanding, translating and articulating brand strategy, turning it into world leading motion and animation experiences.
    • Experience in bringing conceptual motion principles to life.
    • Ability to quickly and creatively visualise intangible and abstract messaging and concepts, turning these into compelling creative solutions.
    • You're a guardian of our brand, with a great understanding of how we evolve, push and utilise our brand across various channels.
    • You're highly skilled in presenting your work, the process, and decisions to cross-functional stakeholders and you're proactive in getting constructive feedback to help you produce your best work.
    • You're highly skilled in video setups and understanding how to problem solve in motion.
