What’s the role?

To develop Ecover & method brand in the Belgium and Netherlands markets, delivering focused plans and relevant execution. The senior brand manager role will be accountable for building the Ecover brand, and seeding the Method brand in BNL. Whilst also coordinating brand plans and driving equity, consumer, commercial, shopper KPIs for their brand in line with budget/ 5 year plan + global brand strategy. The role includes people leadership including shopper marketing / digital marketing. This role also offers cross functionality across teams such as commercial, shopper, digital to ensure consistency of plan delivery.

Experience we need:
  • Marketing generalist
  • People leadership experience
  • Brand Planning & brand building tools (ie PR, media, consumer journey)
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Strong communication skills
  • Financial and commercially literate
  • Strong digital capability (social, performance marketing, e-comm)
  • Project management experience
