Senior Business Partner
Citizens Advice offers confidential advice online, over the phone, and in person, for free. Through our national network of charities, we give people the knowledge and the confidence they need to find their way forward – whoever they are, and whatever their problem.
As part of the People directorate, the People Services team provides expert, quality services to staff, managers and leaders, across the full employee lifecycle activities, from recruitment to retirement. We provide tools to enable and develop staff and management capability and confidence to meet our organisational goals. We manage people related risks and protect our reputation as an employer. The role requires strong relationships to be built with business areas to understand stakeholder needs and influence suitable people strategies and solutions.
All Business Partners provide tactical, agile, professional and quality business partnering and advice and consultancy service across Citizens Advice organisation on a range of people-related activity, including change management, complex casework, workforce planning and resourcing. Working in partnership with our trade union and colleagues across the People and Equality directorate.
