You’ll play a leading role in the delivery team, as well as organisation-wide forums such as our Delivery Community of Practice by sharing expertise and knowledge and coaching and mentoring other members, acting as a central point of expertise.
You’ll have excellent facilitation skills, able to foster a feeling of safety and employ self-awareness, self-management and neutrality as needed, as well as designing and running meetings in a variety of contexts and for varied team maturity levels.
You’ll be an effective communicator, able to engage with and influence senior internal stakeholders to shape the agenda for delivery as a whole at Citizens Advice, supporting others to learn and adopt a user-centred mindset.
