Job Description

This is a unique opportunity for a talented, hands-on designer to join our in-house Creative

Team and work on challenging projects within a buzzing environment.

This role offers you the chance to shape and drive the visual language and tonality of the brand across multiple channels. You'll lead and collaborate with other creatives on a variety of briefs from concept through to delivery. You will be part of a friendly, dynamic and collaborative team, mentored and guided by an experienced, award-winning Creative Director.

You will:
  • Lead and create on the ideation and design output of all brand assets
  • Push and evolve visual identity guidelines that can translate 360 across, email, social, print, film and paid advertising
  • Work both independently and collaboratively with our Senior Copywriter to develop compelling creative solutions for a variety of briefs
  • Work with multi-discipline teams across the business to deliver against commercial goals
  • Be strategic in your approach but highly executional and hands-on
  • Bring ideas on how to push our brand through exciting and fresh creative


You are:

A highly organised, proactive and self-driven person, able to work against tight deadlines with outstanding prioritisation skills. The right candidate will be a problem solver with excellent attention to detail andability to communicate effectively with colleagues, participants and external stakeholders. You love visual storytelling and concepting.

Experience Requirement:
  • A portfolio and proven experience. We're looking for a strong understanding of typography, colour, motion, and overall brand and communication thinking
  • Creative thinker who can translate strategic and marketing needs into beautiful brand work
  • Senior individual contributor to do hands-on work but also have the potential to manage a team
  • Commercial experience working within a creative agency
  • Deep knowledge of standard design software (i.e Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects)

  • Can work autonomously and take ownership of work from concept to execution
  • Must be dependable and open-minded, and be able to clearly communicate design decisions.
  • Creative with strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ableto quickly self-study new tools and new technologies.
  • Demonstrate soundorganisationalskills and ability toorganiseown and team workload to business priorities and under pressure.
