The European Amazon Logistics team is seeking an experienced, hands-on and customer obsessed Sr Engineering Program Manager to drive standardization across our Last Mile delivery network. As a member of the EU Amazon Logistics Engineering team, you will be responsible for supporting WW standardization efforts, whilst also supporting Process Engineers with the necessary analytical insights to optimize operational processes on an ongoing basis. You will scope and lead your own design and improvement programs, driving upgrades in safety, quality and cost-based metrics.

This position requires deep customer focus, strong self-motivation and exceptional project management skills. You will be a detail-oriented and comfortable leading and supporting large, complex cross-functional Engineering projects. You will have a hands-on approach and be an effective communicator.

This role can be based out of either Luxembourg or London and involves pan-EU travel.

Core Responsibilities:
· Lead dedicated programs to benchmark speed and capacity opportunities across the EU Delivery Station network
· Take on specialty development projects for periphery process areas e.g. line-haul, vehicle parking, traffic flow, sustainability requirements
· Define and lead dedicated standardization projects to retrofit legacy buildings with the latest standards
· Partner with Engineering leaders, Facilities Managers and Process Engineers to support the creation and continuous improvement of operational and building standards
· Support team members with data collection and analytical insights as part of network-wide process improvement projects
· Apply best practices from and share best practices with EU and WW counterparts


· Engineering Degree
· 5+ years' experience in a similar senior role in a fast-paced industrial, logistics, production/manufacturing environment
· Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
· Advanced data analysis skills and an expert in using supporting tools e.g. MS Excel, MS Access, MySQL, Minitab/JMP
· Excellent Project Management Skills
· Experience with Kaizen and Continuous Improvement methodologies


· Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt
· Knowledge of at least one other EU language (preferably German, French, Italian or Spanish)
