In this role as a Senior HR Business Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and leading the BI projects and programs on behalf of the UKCF HR network liaising with stakeholders in the EU network. You will need to be able to manage multiple concurrent projects and programs, be happy working at both the strategic and tactical level, and build effective partnerships across the HR organization and beyond.

The ideal candidate will be excited about using data to understand and improve our operations/business partners experience with services provided. They will be curious, have an interest in HR and be comfortable digging deep into data to understand metrics, identifying insights that will enable HR to improve data integrity, and deliver/present recommended solutions based on data and root causes. They will be able to retrieve, integrate, visualize and present critical data in a format that is immediately useful to improve the business decision-making process and improve services provided. This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities as well as an outstanding business acumen. The ideal candidate knows and loves working with business intelligence tools, and can partner with HR and business leaders to answer key business questions.

Responsibilities:
- Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards on key drivers of our business.
- Partner with operations/business teams to consult, develop and implement metrics, automated reporting/process solutions, and data infrastructure improvements to meet business needs
- Collaborate with the team's HR program managers to consult and support with ongoing UK projects.
- Learn and be curious around HR processes to provide insight and contribute to discussions around process improvements plans.
- Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
- Prepare and deliver business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks
- Analyze historical segmentation data to identify trends and insights
- Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions
- Design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. that will support our business needs
- Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

In addition to the above-mentioned responsibilities, the role provides a unique opportunity to understand the qualitative aspects of HR. The role would have a front row view of the interplay between data and people and the ability to influence it for UKCF.

This role has flexible location around the UK with 10% of travel. Salary: Competitive

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, HR or related field
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, VBA, SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools like QuickSight, Tableau or similar BI tool
- Advanced ability to draw insights from analysis supported by data and clearly communicate them to the stakeholders and senior management as required
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills - able to interface with all levels of the organization, specific strength in influencing decision makers and managing expectations

Preferred Qualifications

- Works effectively as part of a global team, possessing strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills, can flourish handling multiple tasks, workload, changing priorities, and tight deadlines
- Great organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail
- Passion for customer/user experiences; uses technology to scale programs and improve efficiencies
- Able to learn large scale complex systems quickly
