Senior Information / Performance Analyst

Poole Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is currently seeking 2 motivated persons to join our team of Analysts. The Trust's Information & Performance Department is responsible for the production and quality control of internal and external reporting on behalf of the Trust. Timely and accurate data is a pre-requisite for the monitoring of activity, Clinical Governance, business and operational support and planning.

The Senior Analysts will be a lead information contact for a range of Departments/Directorates, actively investigating issues, liaise with staff across the Trust in respect of data accuracy, validation and correction and performs a design, development and ongoing maintenance role in respect of reporting databases and tools.

We are looking to recruit full time although, flexible working will be considered for the right candidate but they will need to be a high calibre individual who will be required to work to strict deadlines, whilst still paying attention to detail and always maintaining a high level of accuracy. Computer literacy with a sound understanding of relation databases & tools are essential, as is good communication skills and the ability to work within a team.

Please note: if this job requires you to have a DBS check to enable you to properly fulfil the requirements of the job, on appointment you will be required to repay the cost of obtaining a DBS check and this amount will be reclaimed from your salary.
