We are recruiting for a Senior Insight Research Analyst on a permanent contract. Reporting into the Insight Research Manager you will derive insight from research and evidence to highlight accomplishments achieved through Wellcome's funding, direct activities and strategic partnerships and to identify new opportunities to support Wellcome's mission.

We are now recruiting for a Senior Insight Research Analyst on a permanent contract. Reporting into the Insight Research Manager you will derive insight from research and evidence to highlight accomplishments achieved through Wellcome's funding, direct activities and strategic partnerships and to identify new opportunities to support Wellcome's mission. In this role you will:


Lead in monitoring and evaluation activities
Lead in the reporting and dissemination of results and insight
Participate as a valuable collaborator, developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Provide all necessary and timely technical and administrative support for key areas of responsibility

The Senior Insight Research Analyst will also collaborate closely with colleagues in the Team and across the organization, working flexibly on a variety of different projects. To be successful in this role you will have:

Experience & Skills


To be successful in this role you will have substantial experience:
Of designing and conducting programme monitoring and evaluation plans
With theory of change, specifically theory-based evaluation approaches
In social research methods, such as case studies, focus groups, and key informant interviews
In commissioning and managing external evaluations
Of communicating monitoring and evaluation findings and promoting use of evidence to inform programmatic decisions

Education & Qualifications


Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a social science, science or public health subject
