Duties & Responsibilities
You'll be customer centric, supporting partners in delivering an efficient e-commerce operation and an excellent customer experience. Working closely with your people managers, you'll create a proactive working environment, with a culture of continuous learning.

Job Requirements
This role is key to the e-commerce function in shops. Attention to detail is a must, as you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and legal operation. You will be a role model for customer service, using your coaching skills to support partners in delivering an excellent experience, providing timely feedback to aid in their personal development. You will be focused on ensuring that driving Partners deliver excellent service, on time with a focus on their driving performance and support the management team in operating a safe and legal operation and fleet. You should use your knowledge and initiative to make decisions in the moment.

Required essential experience skills and qualifications
You will need a full valid UK manual driving licence for driving vehicles with a manual gearbox up to 3500kg with no more than six points - and you should be 18 years old or over. This is due to the handling and delivery of age restricted items such as alcohol and knives. Part of the application process will include a licence check and a security check to confirm your suitability for the role.

Required desired experience skills and qualifications
No involvement in any blameworthy collisions within the last two years Have no endorsements on their driving licence
