Zenith Global is looking for a new Senior manageras it expands its data-driven marketing capabilities. The opportunity will initially have a focus on the luxury fashion house, Kering, which includes global brands such as Gucci, Saint Laurent and Balenciaga. This person will also have the opportunity to inform decisions on other brands within Zenith Global and will be pivotal in developing and growing this discipline.

This role will be client facing, and require a thoughtful, detailed and consultative approach. An ability to take complex technological concepts and translate them into valuable consumer experiences. The candidate can translate these experiences into insights and make recommendations for further executional work.

With the initial focus on Kering, this role will support the Gucci Global Centre of Excellence (COE), based in Milan, in operating, activating and scaling the Salesforce DMP in UK, France, Italy and Germany around 2 key areas:

1.Delivering a consistent and holistic audience strategy across markets

2.Ensuring seamless audience creation, activation and analysis from the DMP to media activation platforms.

Job Description

This role will primarily be responsible with defining audience strategies as well as providing operational guidance and in-platform support to both client media and agency activation teams.

Audience Strategy
  • Supervise DMP strategy and operational support, i.e. use case planning, user guide/playbook, audience builds, optimisation, etc.
  • Lead the development of broader audience strategy and use case roadmap.
  • Support client media teams in continually evolving the existing DMP audience, use case and measurement frameworks and roadmap, in line with broader paid media activation strategy.
  • Support clients with its DMP Media Partner strategy, in line with their DMP audience strategy and media objectives: Develop, review and optimise media partner strategy and soft audience strategy based on partners that accept use of DMP data.
  • Provide thought leadership and education on the cookie-less world and recommendations on potential opportunities, strategies and new solutions to test to help future-proof media activation
  • Support with 2nd and 3rd party partner/audience recommendations
Audience Operations & In-Platform Support
  • Provide support for in-platform audience segment creation and activation for use on display and video campaigns.
  • Support tagging and onboarding of any additional data sources (excluding CRM data).
  • Support with media activation for display and video activity through defining audience activation budgets, testing match rates and developing creative strategy for audience segments being activated.
  • Liaise with local Zenith programmatic teams and media partners to apply appropriate 3rdparty data attributes in activation platforms where required.
  • Liaise with Zenith TAAG (trafficking) team for appropriate DMP creative trafficking based on DMP media activation requirements.
  • Support with 2nd and 3rd party partner/audience integrations when required.
  • Responsible for all DMP media data tagging (display, video and select paid social included as part of a partnership).
  • Troubleshooting issues related to tagging, activation and reporting for the channels note above, activated via the DMP by Zenith.


We are looking for an energetic individual who possesses a combination of strong analytic, problem solving and client facing skills, married to deep technical knowledge of advertising technology platforms. The individual should be someone who is a strong communicator and team player who demonstrates passion and curiosity in their approach. The role requires the ability to seamlessly support the Zenith Global team with data-enabled solutions and services.
  • Proven experience in a combination of enterprise client services, DMP, programmatic media, & analytics
  • AdTech or MarTech experience, ideally with practical implementation, hands on experience or marketing technology platforms, not just strategy and theory.
  • Practical working knowledge of DMP technology (Salesforce/Adobe preferred)
  • Possesses a charismatic, engaging personality and can successfully interact with senior/executive
  • Experience with delivering complex technical content to large groups, in a coherent, accessible and inspiring way.
  • Has the ability to grow client relationships through new strategies and innovative ideas
