Job Responsibilities

•Present capabilities/solutions and share relevant insights with the clients in a compelling manner

•Work on proposals and solutioning for large and complexdeals

•Create and manage plans to onboard clients or implement the solutions at clients' end and work with internal teams like content, development team etc. to ensure adherence

•Maintain regular contact with clients to gain deeper understanding on their needs & concerns and work with internal teams to resolve those

•Manage all key client requirements, requests, queries, changes etc. and maintain proper documentation to track these

•Conduct regular review with the clients to highlight progress on their priorities and plan next steps

•Handle basic analytics requests and work with the analytics team to take up the complex ones

•Lead benchmarking pilots right from designing to implementing to tracking the progress and finally making the final presentation to client

•Work with clients for writing case studies on ROI and business benefits that they have realized from using our products and solutions
