Job Description

H&M Global is a diverse team of twenty-five digital and social media professionals, delivering paid social media and programmatic solutions across 59 markets. We are looking for curious learner to join our dynamic team as a Senior Account Executive.

This role will report to one of our four Paid Social Account Managers, and will work alongside at least one Account Executive as part of a sub-unit within the wider team.
  • Supporting their AM to plan and implement global paid social campaigns for their sub-team's Business Unit. - primarily, these will be Awareness, Traffic and New Customer Acquisition campaigns.
  • Liaising with the client to co-ordinate assets, copy, etc. ahead of campaign launch.
  • Briefing the wider team on campaign creation and ensuring that all activity is launched smoothly and on time.
  • Supporting their AM in the creation of PCAs and any other client facing material.
  • Teaching their AE best practices for set-up, optimisations and audience creation.
  • Supporting the management team with presentations and ad-hoc requests from the central client.
  • Effective management of AE's workload - e.g. meeting deadlines for deliverables for both local and central clients.

Qualifications

MUST HAVE
  • Must currently have experience within a paid social agency team (min. 1 year).
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced in planning and activating large-scale brand and DR campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Facebook family of apps, Twitter, Pinterest and Snapchat.
  • Strong communications skills and the ability to build client relationships.
  • Be solution driven and innovative in driving growth in the key strategic markets.
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills.
WILL IDEALLY HAVE
  • Client-facing experience on a retail or e-commerce account.
  • Experience planning and activating paid social campaigns across multi-markets.
  • Experience with PMDs and third party data/tech providers such as 4C, Smartly or Sprinklr.
