We are currently seeking a Senior Patient Services Assistant for Bellevue Medical Centre to cover a long term absence. You will be provided with a temporary contract variation letter to include the relevant changes for this position.

Reporting to the relevant Patient Services Manager the successful candidates will work as part of the Front of House Team supporting the day to day running of the practice. The post holder should be an expert in relation to non-clinical practice policies, procedures and protocols, be able to support the delivery of patient services and act as the first point of contact in the absence of the Patient Services Manager for patient complaints and all day to day practice operations.

Applicants should have a sound working knowledge of office administration systems, customer service principles and NHS/Practice protocols and procedures. Knowledge of NHS Systems and processes is desirable, however relevant experience will be considered. Experience of using computer applications, Microsoft package and relevant clinical systems, SystmOne is essential for the role
