We are recruiting a Senior Planner to join our team in Stratford. Developing the project programmes, you will be working on projects from pre-contract through to project completion, providing advice to teams on a variety of residential schemes.
Reporting into the Construction Director, you will have a main contracting background with a sound understanding of construction methodologies and technology including steel structures, concrete and timber frames.
Exceptional data analysis skills and proficiency in Asta Powerproject and general software is essential.
Good communication skills are a pre-requisite as you will be supporting senior managers, various stakeholders and, as a manager to a small team, giving advice and direction to other staff.
