This is an opportunity to join an early-stage team in Amazon Logistics to launch a new business. We are building a new, emerging business in shipping. Amazon is looking for a product manager to support strategic projects within this business and expanding it.

We are looking for a dynamic, self-starting Product Manager to own delivery of critical projects that require integration with processes and technology in business and operations teams. As a Product Manager, you will lead market segment research, write and review business cases, develop a project plan, document business requirements, and own execution all the way to release. You will work across research science, engineering, operations, sales, customer service, and finance to guide, orchestrate and execute your roadmap. This position requires an ability to dive deep, strongly communicate business direction, gain trust, and manage tradeoffs across multiples of stakeholders, and be tenacious, paranoid and laser-focused on the delivering the product roadmap.

You will be responsible for:

· Partnering with key stakeholders to define product strategy
· Manage prioritization and trade-offs for speed to market, performance and features team
· Addressing barriers through problem solving and coordination with stakeholders
· Partnering with other service leaders across Logistics to identify and influence development of new features
· Oversee the definition and management of high quality project plans and roadmaps based on your service vision and strategy
· Gaining support for your strategy and roadmap from stakeholders by writing narratives and influencing peers and senior leadership
· Creating program goals and related metrics, track progress and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives
· Communicating performance, articulating root-cause analysis and linking to specific improvement areas
· Developing user experience goals, stories and requirements that can be used to develop new products and services as well as improve existing processes
· Leading business planning processes


· Extensive work experience performing relevant product management job functions
· Experience managing multiple competing priorities and engaging technical & non-technical stakeholders
· Experience using data to illustrate business conclusions
· Strong critical thinking skills with ability to challenge normal operations
· Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
· Strong bias for action and be able to work iteratively
· Ability to work with teams at all levels of the organization
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills


· Experience in product development in Ops/Logistics
