Position Summary & Responsibilities
Amazon currently seeks a creative, dynamic and experienced Sr. Program Manager to join FBA Supply Chain team in Luxembourg. A successful Program Manager must be able to work independently, be comfortable with ambiguity, and be able to influence internal/external partners at all levels of the organization. This role will particularly suit someone with strong analytical abilities, relationship building skills and superb project management capabilities

Responsibilities include:
· Analyze and solve business problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context
· Driving the implementation of Strategic Initiatives to optimize the Supply Chain for specialty selection
· Deliver projects, features, processes and systems that improve transportation costs for both Amazon and Sellers
· Establish the business goals and supporting business metrics and indicators for success
· Drive inventory/product flow performance - (inbound, inventory health, transhipments between FC, cross border movements of goods)
· Identify, prioritize and communicate key areas for service and business improvement along the key Supply Chain metrics, including cost savings opportunities

Keys to success in this role include exceptional program management, strong communication and collaboration skills. The candidate needs to be able to coordinate across multiple work streams, and be able to communicate clearly appropriate triggers and actions.


· Graduate BA or BS degree required
· Familiar with finance and supply chain management
· 5+ years of program and project management experience (ideally within the SC domain).
· Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills, well versed in Excel.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


· Master's degree in Engineering, Finance, Management or a Supply Chain/Operations discipline
· Basic knowledge of SQL
· Demonstrated experience working in a cross-functional capacity
· The right candidate thrives in a high energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel
· Willingness to "roll up sleeves and do what needs to get done" to consistently deliver results
