Amazon is seeking a Programme Manager based in London (LHR16) working in the Global Speciality Fulfilment (GSF) business serving our European network. GSF in the EU is made up of Fresh, Prime Now, 3P, Treasure Truck and Pantry.

The job location is not limited to London, there is flexibility to align this to another location across Europe.
Job Description

The EU GSF Strategy and Optimisation team is seeking a talented, solution-orientated, Programme Manager who can lead large-scale new projects, developing the strategy across the EU network, and coordinating the implementation of solutions at country level. The right candidate will prioritize multiple opportunities, and develop solutions, which make best use of our data, to solve the toughest challenges and drive our operational strategy forward.
The ideal candidate will be able to independently work from high-level goals to identify focus areas, develop projects to implement within the team or to influence others without direct authority in order to drive improvement.

Job Responsibilities include:
· Planning and project management for key strategic GSF projects in the EU, across multiple cross-functional organizations and stakeholders.
· Building models to analyse and understand specific business requirements by country.
· Planning and communication with programme stakeholders to understand operational implications.
· Partner with WW supply chain and capacity teams to project manage and roll out global initiatives as well as drive local optimisation projects.
· Operational analysis and cost structure design to ensure viable programme economics.
· Partner with Senior Managers, Directors and other key experts across the company to coordinate, support, and influence new business initiatives.
· Function well in a highly ambiguous environment in a nascent business


· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any related field from an accredited institution.
· Extensive experience as a program or project manager
· Excellent verbal and written communication & data presentation skills.
· Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, working with ambiguity.
· Proven analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions to develop business cases and steer strategic decisions.
· Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence decision making across all organizational levels
· Ability to solve difficult and ambiguous problems including identifying and completing the relevant data analysis.
· Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically
· An entrepreneurial mindset, with the resilience to develop ideas independently and thrive in an ever-growing environment


· Advanced user of Excel and SQL.
· MBA or Master's degree in a quantitative field
· Experience delivering large scale projects
· Experience or knowledge of food/grocery ordering and delivery
