Amazon is looking for an experienced Supply Chain and Logistics Manager with a strong track record of delivery and the leadership capability to own strategic cross-functional workstreams across both operations and technology. This is a high-visibility role that will require the successful candidate to work with both internal and external teams to prioritise projects and deliver against the agreed timelines. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be the glue bringing together multiple workstreams to realize the customer-centric work Amazon is known for.

Responsibilities include:
· Forming cross-functional project teams, planning and organizing, managing, and executing complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders both internal and external. You will be able to easily work with everyone from tech developers, product managers and third-party partners to deliver results.
· Create and manage cost reduction plans,operational processes and standards across cross-functional teams working towards common goals of time, budget and specifications.
· Partnering with Directors, VPs, and other key operational experts across the company to lead, support, and influence new business initiatives
· Highlight and appropriately escalate any bottlenecks that block progress while proposing potential solutions to enable rapid decision making.
· Provide regular, precise and effective status updates on key programs, processes and metrics.
· Work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· University Degree or +4 years experience at Amazon.
· 5+ years' relevant experience in positions that require analysis, forecasting and data interpretation of business impact and results.
· 5+ years' of experience successfully managing priorities and resources for customer-experience-driven teams.
· 2+ years' experience writing VP-level documents and presenting to senior leaders.
· Work experience in either Supply Chain or Logistics is highly desired

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· MBA or Masters Degree.
· Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills complemented with the ability to problem solve independently
· Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel is required.
