Oxford Health is recruiting to a fixed term/secondment senior programme manager post for 12 months, increasing to 18 months (depending on local requirements) to lead the COVID testing, immunisations, and risk assessments programme (TIARA) across Oxford Health. This is a high priority, high profile programme and is part of our response to COVID-19, to enable our staff to work safely and continue to deliver services. The post holder will be responsible for developing and leading the delivery of the large-scale programme across the Trust's geography.

The post holder will be responsible for setting up the specialist TIARA unit, operationalising it and continuously adjusting and responding to evolving need in relation to COVID testing and risk assessments. In particular, they will be responsible for:
  • Development and delivery of tools and processes relating to COVID-19 risk assessment of healthcare workers
  • Planning and delivery of at-scale COVID-19 testing service to provide capacity as required (swabbing and antibody testing)
  • Additional capacity and support for the delivery of at-scale immunisation programmes this winter for NHS workers
We are looking for someone with experience in delivering fast paced, high pressured programmes at scale, and who is passionate about supporting our staff so they can continue to deliver excellent care to our patients.
