Join us as a Senior Property Portfolio Manager and you’ll be part of a Commercial team that drives our profitability across everything from property and retail through to passenger services like parking and the aeronautical side of things. Your role will involve: 

  • Lead, develop and manage a team of high performing Property Portfolio Managers
  • Contribute to the success of the Heathrow Property team by developing and implementing asset management strategies that grow revenue and improve profitability
  • Efficiently manage the portfolio, promote available business space and instigate opportunities for business development
  • Fulfill budgetary targets and company obligations
  • Responsible for Fire, H&S, Security, Energy and Environmental compliance by tenants
  • Manage strategic relationships with Property customers and local stakeholders across the Heathrow Portfolio
  • Support the Property Portfolio Managers in the negotiation of agreements and contracts as required
  • Provide final sign off on all agreements subject to appropriate delegated authority level
  • Ensure letting information and data is accurately held on relevant system and record keeping is in line with Company policy
  • Provide support to enable annual asset valuations to be undertaken

These skills are essential:

  • MRICS certification desirable
  • Proven experience in managing complex property portfolios
  • Previous people management experience
  • Experience in statutory HSSE and contractual compliance
