Senior Reconciliation Specialist at

is actively looking for a driven and creative Senior Reconciliation Specialist to join our growing Finance team.

Working as part of our Treasury team, you will optimise and create new processes for the reconciliation of Card Schemes & Alternative Payment Methods. You will be required to adapt in a high-volume and dynamic environment, juggling multiple projects whilst maintaining accuracy and quality of output.

The ideal candidate will be a dedicated, laser-focused and highly organised individual, not shying away from understanding new and complex reporting or Excel functions. You must be a team player when it comes to getting the job done and assisting and guiding junior team members with routine queries.

What you will be doing:
    • Build new reconciliation processes from scratch - including discovery, data requirements setting, report testing, consolidation - all to pre-set team standards
    • Consistently improve existing reconciliation processes to scale, introducing controls and minimising the need for manual effort in routine tasks
    • Verify incoming billing for correctness and sign off invoice payments
    • Develop and provide day to day leadership to team members
    • Educate and provide expertise in the resolution of complex reconciliation challenges
    • Reconcile 's payment gateway processing
    • Identify reconciliation discrepancies, the respective root causes, and take action to eliminate / prevent any such in perspective
    • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries
    • Support the Reconciliation Manager & Sr. Reconciliation Manager with ad-hoc tasks and periodic reporting

About you:
    • Expert knowledge of MS Excel (Formulas, Reference Functions, PowerQuery, VBA)
    • 2+ years work experience in reconciliations
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets with ease and confidence
    • Ability to establish end-to-end process solutions and work cross-functionally including with remote teams
    • Knowledge of Card Schemes, Alternative Payment Methods or Payin / Payout payment solutions will be a great asset
    • Exposure to developing team members, providing expertise, education and training
    • Proven involvement in automation projects and building processes from scratch
    • Highly organised approach to managing multiple priorities and delivering to tight deadlines
    • Fluency in English, and excellent communication skills at all levels
