We are looking to hire a talented and committed Senior Recruitment Manager for our EMEA Talent Acquisition (TA) Recruiting team supporting Worldwide Operations to play a critical role in managing Amazon's growth and additional hiring requirements.

The Senior Recruitment Manager will be responsible for the leadership and execution of recruiting actions using multiple methodologies and channels. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of the team as Senior Recruiting Manager, this leadership role oversees the strategy, execution, and scaling of recruiting processes across all supported job families and locations. The leader measures the impact of these processes, using mechanisms to deliver insights, close hiring gaps, improve or increase productivity, has metrics to determine quality of hire, and guides the team to deliver against overall demand.

The Senior Recruitment Manager:
· Analyzes processes and iterates on team operations for constant innovation
· Drives business decisions based on data, seeking out data to prove or disprove hypotheses
· Use a structured approach to ensure that changes are implemented in the least disruptive manner and are maintained over the long term
· Influence business clients and hiring teams to change and adopt the right best practices to deliver on hiring targets, while supporting and influencing changes in the recruiting team that drive alignment on priorities
· Grows the capabilities and productivity of their teams (engagement/motivation, skill development), and hires the best talent
· Leads through other leaders and oversees a high-impact and diverse team
· Continuously learns and promotes growth for their teams
· Develops mechanisms to increase recruiting throughput


· Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience)
· Demonstrated experience developing and driving business workflows across organizations
· Experience of managing large virtual team
· Experience working in a global role with stakeholders from multiple regions
· Experience leading a matrixed team of stakeholders to achieve common goal


· Strong analytical thinker, creative in approach to talent acquisition and highly inquisitive.
· Track record of attracting and developing top recruiting talent and building high performing teams
· Strong process and auditing skills
· Has a data driven approach with strong analytics and the ability to create, measure and scale the right work workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
· Reputation for obsession with candidate experience and client satisfaction
· Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed annual recruiting goals.
