We have an exciting opportunity for a medical secretary to join our existing administrative staff 30 hours a week to provide a comprehensive secretarial, administrative and support service to our Consultants, medical staff and Community team.

The successful applicant will work alongside the existing administrative team and community mental health team in Bridgwater. The role also includes providing administrative support for local leadership groups.

This role requires an enthusiastic and committed individual who is able to work independently and as a member of a team. You will be able to prioritise your workload and be an effective communicator with patients, their carers/relatives, members of the multidisciplinary team and other health care professionals.

We work in partnership to improve the health and wellbeing of patients and their families by providing safe and responsive services of the highest quality. We are based in Bridgwater Town Centre with good transport links. Our Medical secretaries are based at Glanville but working flexibly because of the current pandemic.
