Job Description

The Role

As a Senior Social Media Executive, you will be working across a few clients in the charity, travel and finance sectors - supporting the Social Manager, you will work on the execution of multiple campaigns, providing data and conducting research for the clients and also new business opportunities.

This role is very much client facing, you will be joining all client meetings including briefs, status calls and daily contact via emails. You will also have the opportunity to manage smaller content projects and tasks such as content calendars, posting and scheduling of content across social media channels.
Your role will also include social listening, competitor audits and management of account deliverables.

You will be a trusted partner to the team and other members of the wider agency network, from planning to specialist activation teams. You will also be measuring the campaign success, providing monthly and post campaign reports and analysis as required.

The Team

The Social & Content Products team sits within the Content Service for Publicis. Our Content Service consists of 70+ specialists working across content strategy & planning, creative, production, social, influencers and partnerships. We service Publicis brands, building complete content stories which are audience-centric and platform-native. Our global scale gives us unrivalled access to market-leading data, tech, marketplaces & partners.


You will have had some experience working agency side or inhouse, on or creating social media content and campaigns, including copywriting for social media platforms and community moderation. You will have had exposure to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest; TikTok, LinkedIn and Snapchat would be a nice to have.

Awareness of wider digital media tools and paid media and the impact of content amplification across social media channels. Experience using social media tools for analysis (Facebook Analytics, Crismon Hexagon, Brandwatch, Sprout Social etc).
