We have an exciting new global role in a growing team working on a world leading beauty brand with ambitious goals.They are the global leader in fragrances, with the number two position in salon hair and number three in colour cosmetics. They are one of Publicis' top global clients with over 40 markets as part of our network to date.

You would be working in an agency that is growing. We know the challenges are getting harder and clients need to react faster, and you will play a pivotal role in making these bolder moves for our client. You will have the opportunity to take them down different, braver, more profitable paths and lead the way on one of the most globally recognised Beauty Brands.

They have an iconic portfolio of more than 70 brands organised by three divisions:
  • Luxury (e.g. Kylie, Gucci, Burberry, Calvin Klein, ChloĆ©, Marc Jacobs, Miu Miu)
  • Consumer Beauty, including cosmetics, hair, skin and body care (e.g. Max Factor, Rimmel, Cover Girl, Sally Hansen, Adidas)
  • Professional Beauty (e.g. OPI Nails, Wella Professional, ghd, Clairol)

Job Description

Reporting to the Strategy Director, this role will see you working with the strategy manager & director in setting the strategic recommendations for clients and orchestrating output on the client's business. You will also be required togaininsights from data to inform strategy and campaigns as well as proactively findinnovative ways of communication.

The role involves:
  • Mix of analytical and creative approaches to work. Bias towards analytics.
  • Understanding of industry tools and systems
  • Ability to write presentations to story tell their analysis (based on data)
  • Team orientation
  • Preparation of good written work (mostly PowerPoint) and eye for detail
  • Energy and resilience
  • Interest in digital, data essential

Qualifications

The ideal candidatewill demonstrate the following:
  • Analytical, with strong organisational abilities
  • Thrive on new challenges
  • Experience in research, insights, media planning, tools is an advantage.
  • Demonstrable experience in the industry
  • Background can be media agency, analytics or digital
