Are you excited by problem solving and working on high-profile technical services for the Mayor of London and the London Assembly? You will work in a busy environment supporting technology services in a multi-disciplinary setting while working with multiple suppliers.

The Customer Services teams is made up of the Service Desk and IT Procurement offering an end-to-end service from the initial enquiry/request to delivery to desk.

We are looking for someone who understands the value of customer service and is committed to delivering a great end-user experience. This encompasses: building and maintaining relationships at all levels, providing timely clear communication, identifying ways to improve the service, taking on escalations, producing documentation, sharing knowledge, developing individuals, and managing performance. At the same time, you’ll be able to jump in and get involved in meeting the IT demands of our customers.

Though the team you’ll be looking after may be small, the normal day-to-day activities, the variety of projects, are challenging, and someone who is able to motivate individudals, show flexibility, and get the best of others, would thrive in this environment.

You will also be part of the Technology Group taking on a wide range of priority tasks to do with the delivery and support of IT services across the Greater London Authority and partner organisations.”

This role will be based at London City Hall, The Queen’s Walk, London SE1 2AA
