Job Description

As a SEO Business Director you will be an experienced leader of people and clients, responsible for overseeing a team and delivering multi-market campaigns for international clients. You will be expected to provide strategic leadership to help clients navigate market challenges; owning how the agency supports their development to success.

Key duties include:
  • Own the overall client direction in setting of ambitions and paths to success
  • Oversee the SEO & content strategy for clients
  • Play a leading role in cross channel synergy and efficiencies for clients
  • Directing and overseeing workstreams using a combination of resources including but not limited to search, social, content, audience auditing tools
  • Leading a strategy and coordination team to deliver best-in-class campaigns for enterprise, multi-market clients
  • Reviewing and interrogating client briefs and agency response
  • Ensuring owned media activity integrates with client's wider digital and offline media activity both across Publicis but also with other agencies partners our clients work with
The successful candidate will have:
  • Experience of devising strategies that span the entire path to purchase
  • Thorough understanding of how to measure impact of owned media based strategies through analytics platforms and other external metrics.
  • Thorough understanding of how to identify organic search opportunity, set business-relevant KPIs, project organic search performance and estimate expected return-on-investment.
  • Experience growing and developing both clients and teams
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders
