An exciting opportunity has arisen for a vacancy within NHSBSA's Technology Department for a Service Desk Analyst based at Hesketh House, Fleetwood. The primary aim of the Service Desk is to restore normal service to end users as quickly as possible. In this role you will be working supporting users of IT services delivered through multiple IT service contracts to support business operations. A confident and effective communicator you will be first line support responding to incidents and service requests. The Service Desk Analyst role requires you to leverage support from suppliers, in-house teams and utilise specialist tools to manage events.
