NHS Jobs has an opportunity for a Service Improvement Lead to join us as part of our Workforce Directorate . You will work as part of a growing, dynamic and vibrant team. You will support the successful delivery and on-going improvements of the new NHS Jobs Service . NHS Jobs is the official online recruitment service, for the NHS, in England and Wales. It allows jobseekers to search and apply for new roles and for a wide range of organisations to advertise healthcare related vacancies . Over 11 million jobseekers and more than 7,000 recruiting organisations use NHS Jobs. Every year we attract 4.3 million applications, and advertise 400,000 vacancies. We are currently developing a new NHS Jobs service to replace the current version. The two services run in parallel as we roll out a phased transition to the new service. The new NHS Jobs service has been designed around user needs, and aims to enhance the employer and jobseeker experience . It provides an improved end to end experience that will transform NHS Jobs. We aim to provide a long term, future proof service which will be the preferred recruitment tool for the NHS. As Service Improvement Lead you will:
  • provide clear leadership,
  • understand fully our user needs,
  • agree user acceptance testing plans and
  • work with with our digital delivery team to ensure changes are delivered .
