Service Improvement Senior Officer - London and Leeds
Citizens Advice offers confidential advice online, over the phone, and in person, for free. Through our national network of charities, we give people the knowledge and the confidence they need to find their way forward – whoever they are, and whatever their problem. In 2017-18 we helped 2.6 million people face to face, over the phone, by email and webchat, and people visited our online advice pages 25 million times. We help with
everything from money issues to problems at work, housing to consumer rights. Now we want to do even more.
Citizens Advice is working to ensure that as many people as possible can benefit from high quality advice services through web-based applications, email and phone channels, as well as through face to face delivery.
As part of the Service Development Team, you will support the network of Local Citizens Advice to improve the services they offer to clients across all channels. This involves developing new services and improving existing services offered by the network to their clients. You will work with an allocation of the network at a local level and also be involved in projects at a national level that aim to improve our service to clients.
You will have knowledge of the local Citizens Advice Network and a proven track record in building positive working relationships in order to deliver business change and improved services.
