An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and motivated individual to take up the post of Service Manager for ENT and Urology Services at Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful candidate will have extensive operational, staff and financial management experience gained in an NHS setting and will need to draw upon previous experience of service planning and delivery of key performance targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong team work ethic, sense of accountability, accompanied by an ability to work under considerable pressure at times, with a desire for quality and innovation. You'll work closely alongside the respective Clinical Leads and Surgical Matron to lead a team of dedicated multi-professionals within the ENT and Urology sub-divisions (inpatient and outpatient services) based at Leighton Hospital, Crewe.

You will be educated to first degree level or have equivalent level of experience in leading a service and you will be able to demonstrate the acquisition of business management knowledge. You will have the ability to develop and lead specific projects and manage any associated change processes.

We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, confident and highly motivated with excellent organizational and communication skills who enjoys working in an energetic, challenging, and demanding environment. This role will bring challenges and opportunity for an individual to shine in their own merit.
