Are you a motivated, conscientious individual, looking to further develop your operational experience? If so this is an ideal opportunity for you to come and work within the Ophthalmology Directorate of the Surgical Services Group.

The posts will have a day-to-day operational remit with a focus on delivery of 18 weeks performance targets and to support the transformation plans within the Directorate. The Service Manager will work closely with Specialty Leads and Directorate Lead Nurse to help redesign and re-configure services which enhance patient experience and quality of care, as well as having line management responsibility for admin and clerical staff across the Directorate.
