We are currently seeking a motivated team player to take up the position of Service Manager within the Gastroenterology and Hepatology services.

The Service Manager is an important post within the departments, and we are looking to recruiting an innovative, hardworking and committed colleague who is keen to work with the wider team to support and develop our services.

The post holder will be required to work full time (37.5 hours per week) and be based at the Royal London Hospital.

The post will have a particular focus on being responsible for the operational and financial management of the Gastroenterology and Hepatology outpatient and inpatient services as well as the Royal London Endoscopy Unit.

The post-holder will work very closely the Clinical Director, Divisional Manager, Deputy Divisional Manager and General Manager, in all aspects of the service, focusing on managing operational performance and supporting the delivery of excellent patient care.

The successful candidate will provide all round support for the department and embed an improvement culture and support the specialist medicine division when required.
