EU Ops HR Team is looking for a strong EU Snr Program Manager with focus on Research/Analytics to join its team. In this role you will take ownership of Reporting, Research and Data Science projects for EU HR with high visibility to the business. The team's primary focus is employee engagement. The strategic role of the research and analytics group is to challenge the status quo through advanced data analytics and to provide tools to drive change through metrics.

Role Description
The Snr Program Manager - Research and Analytics is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides functional leadership to EUCF HR's Research and Analytics group as well as offering hands-on support to deliver insightful reporting and forward-looking research analytics to key stakeholder groups. The Snr Program Manager liaises closely with business stakeholders and the analytics group, actively identifying areas of opportunity through advanced research analytics. Key deliverables of this role are to advance the EU centralized analytics program, to drive the functional upskilling of our analyst network as well as continuously educating the business in the potential of advanced research and data science.

To be successful in this role, a sound analytical mindset and strong working knowledge of both reporting/data management as well as analytical/statistical techniques is required. This role requires the incumbent to leverage strong stakeholder management skills, being able to understand customer requirements, have a great eye for detail and to rigorously insist on the highest standards for the products that are delivered. The successful candidate has the ability to influence on different organizational levels, elicit and work with knowledge from across the organization and to define and gain buy in for clear plans of actions in an ambiguous environment.

The key responsibilities of this role will include, but not limited to:

· Alignment and ownership of the EU HRs research and data science roadmap. Working with agreed project teams and ensure that all agreed strategic projects are progressing and delivering within agreed parameters
· Responsible for evaluation, needs analysis, end-to-end design, development, implementation and sustainment plan of research and analytics programs
· Build and maintain successful partnerships with the EU HR team, HR stakeholders and key business sponsors across EU and WW Operations network, including regular reporting on project progress and status
· Leading the EU HR Research group, coaching and supporting direct team members and the wider analytics network
· Collaborate and communicate with other EU and global research and data science on best practices, internal and external bench-marking, talent development, programs of study and knowledge sharing.
· Being an expert in research methodology and quantitative methods, constantly understanding the pulse on the new trends and initiatives.


To be considered for this role candidates need to clearly demonstrate the following basic qualifications:

· Masters degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Operational Research)
· Working knowledge of Data Management, Reporting and Management Information techniques
· Working knowledge of Statistical and Machine Learning techniques and different tools (R, PYTHON, STATA, MatLab)
· Proven hands-on experience in managing projects in an international and/or matrix environment with significant involvement in both, design and implementation
· Experience leading and influencing international project teams to deliver results
· Experience leading research and change projects, deploying relevant project management methodologies to organize high volume workload, to prioritize and to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
· Working knowledge of key HR concepts and processes
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English

· Phd in a quantitative discipline with a strong emphasis on Research/Data Science
· Program/project management experience in HR
· Experience in teaching and adult learning
· Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing company-wide programs
· Experience working across European countries, especially Germany, UK, France, Spain, Italy, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Luxembourg
· Fluency in any other European language, especially German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Czech or Slovak
· Experience defining technical requirements and working with systems resources
