Kathleen Chambers House offers full care and support to older people with sight loss and additional disabilities.

You'll provide personal, social, emotional and physical care to our service users, including palliative care, and will supervise daily operations in the home.

You will have knowledge of the needs of older people, and of the CQC Essential Standards of quality and safety and judgement framework.

You will have achieved QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care Level 2 or equivalent, and undertake to achieve QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care Level 3 or equivalent, within 12 months of appointment to the role.

You will ideally have experience of working with older people who have sight problems, hearing impaired, or dual sensory loss.
