This is a wonderful opportunity to join our well-established care home for older people with significant sight loss and other disabilities, based in Harrogate.

As a Social care supervisor based at the RNIB Tate House you will co-ordinate and deliver a person-Centred support service for residents, ensuring compliance with relevant Legislation. You will Support the Registered Manager and Deputy Registered Manager in overseeing the quality of service provided for the Residents by the Social care Workers.

You will also have delegated management responsibility for staff on-site, with specific line management responsibility for allocated staff.

You will have achieved NVQ / QCF level 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent or be prepared to undertake the training.

Full training will be provided.
