Software Developer (Front End)

Wellcomes digital team is human-centred, product-focussed and a friendly, inspiring, collaborative place to work. We believe in self-organising teams that allow you to have a lot of responsibility for your own work. We are ambitious about the quality of what we do but are more focussed on the impact of the products we produce.
We are developing products that makes the lives of our researchers easier while promoting what they care about and advancing our priorities areas (Our planet our health, Primary Education, Mental health etc.)
What will some of the accountabilities be?
- Be responsible for developing and continuously improving digital platforms
- Ensure all development work adheres to current industry best practice
- Provide timely resolution to reported problems with existing websites
Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong experience developing and styling HTML templates
- Experience of Git
- Experience of continuous integration deployment pipelines
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience
