Job Purpose:

A Solutions Group Lead - Video Interviewing has in-depth knowledge of the global VI market and the market needs for the product and helps develop a competitive positioning and messaging to drive commercial success of the product in the target geographies.Understanding market dynamics, future customer requirements, thought leadership and working closely with commercial leadership to increase sales.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Understand the global market for Virtual Interviewing and implement product marketing strategies to enable commercial success across key markets
  • Develop and implement a strong positioning for the virtual interviewing portfolio working with product, marketing, commercial teams and Senior Leadership
  • Develop documents defining positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and go-to-market strategy for the key global markets
  • Get involved in solutioning of key opportunities related to the virtual interviewing product and provide all necessary support to successfully close the deals.
  • Work with customers across the key markets to capture the voice of the customer to help define the market requirements and influence product roadmap
  • Be the expert in the company with respect to the competition for Video Interviewing. Create a differentiated product and market messaging to uniquely position the products to differentiate from the competition.
  • Involvement in the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
  • Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by discussions with clients, prospects and industry experts.
  • Work with commercial teams to deliver revenue and growth projections of the virtual interviewing products.
  • Sales enablement - communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process
