Specialist, Workplace Experience at :

We are actively seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Specialist to look after the smooth running and general happiness of our fast-growing Dubai office. You will also be responsible for all office related matters across the MENAP region (Pakistan, and supporting our new office opening in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia).

The role requires a 'can-do' attitude, always thinking two steps ahead with a friendly and approachable personality. This role also provides outstanding opportunities for progression and growth.

About you:
    • 3+ years in a similar / comparable role (Office / Soft Facility Services Management)
    • Good understanding of building compliance and relevant legislation
    • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office, Excel, Outlook and Google Apps
    • Phenomenal social skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Proactive, always thinking one step ahead
    • Strong vendor / contract management skills
    • Ability to handle administrative details independently while exercising good judgment in keeping team members and stakeholders updated.
    • Hands-on, always ready to roll up your sleeves and go above and beyond for the team
    • Excellent written and communication skills

What you'll be doing:
    • Being the first point of contact for all Workplace Experience matters
    • Handling office suppliers, catering, courier logistics, meeting room bookings and other operational tasks
    • Leading and allocating tasks to our local workplace experience team (reception and housekeeping)
    • Supporting office renovation and/or relocations within the MENAP region
    • Maintaining premise maintenance audits and organizing repairs
    • Budget planning and vendor management
    • Planning office activities and internal events
    • Leading office access passes and maintaining accuracy within our security database
    • Leading first aid team, fire warden team and associated supplies
    • Assisting the central Workplace Experience team with ad-hoc projects
    • Ensuring health and safety compliance across offices within MENA region
    • Developing deep knowledge of our employees and their team's needs, to continue to build out our community
    • Other duties as assigned
