We are looking for a highly skilled, enthusiastic and motivated individual to work alongside the existing Senior Clinical and Management Teams in providing high quality operational leadership in the emergency Department.

As Specialty General Manager you will be responsible and accountable for the operational management and performance of this speciality; providing strong visible leadership in partnership with the Heads of Service and Matrons, driving through ambitious targets to continually improve operational and financial performance.

You will possess exceptional leadership and communication skills and will be required to provide strong operational management on a daily basis.

Experience in managing services within an acute setting, staff and budgets and implementing change is essential and having the confidence to work at a senior level.

    The quoted salary will be pro rata for part time workers.

I understand this is an automated process and the information will only be used for these purposes prior to me taking up the position at NUH.
  • Your post maybe subject to a DBS check which incurs a cost dependent on the level of check required (£45 for enhanced and £28 for standard). I agree to reimburse NUH NHS Trust the cost of a DBS check if it is required (by deduction from first month's pay). Should I decide to withdraw from my job offer, I agree to reimburse NUH NHS Trust the cost of the DBS check undertaken by cheque or other agreed method.
