Job Description

As Finance Senior Analyst for the Commercial Operations you are responsible for supporting ECI (Eastern Central Intercontinental) Com Ops Finance team for Sales, Opex, FTE planning, analysis, consolidation and reporting.

You will also support the ECI Com Ops Finance Director by providing analysis of financial figures, track and monitor actuals vs objectives.

You are responsible to collaborate with the business and maintain data in our planning tool BPC and you will ensure proper financial controls are in place.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare weekly sales estimates together with customer service. Management of accurate accrual for sales and opex and preparation of monthly ECI (Eastern Central Intercontinental) KPI analytics for appropriate conclusions and decision making.

- Support in editing the annual regional budget, financial forecast and strategic planning process for the ECI Region.

- Prepare templates, consolidation of Budgets, Forecasts and Strat Plans on cluster level to provide business teams with appropriate information and perform deviation analysis.

- Update of the planning system data in BPC with collected and agreed numbers for Commercial Operations Switzerland and ECI Headquarter functions.

- Manage credit memo payout process by collecting appropriate documentation and approvals for ECI region

- Support management in ensuring that all financial processes follow CSL (financial and compliance) policies and that proper financial controls are in place to safeguard company assets.
- Support regular internal audits, as well as annual financial and tax audits.

- Support operational and strategic pricing decisions in line with country & regional objectives for ECI region.

Your skills and experience :

- University Degree - Bachelor/Master- In Finance

- Min. 5 years of proven experience in finance (business analysis and controlling, etc.) preferably in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry - international environment.

- Significant technical skills and experience in MS Office applications (esp. Excel)

- Very good understanding of business intelligence and financial consolidation applications (e.g., BPC, QlikSense, Power BI)

- Solid knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP/ S4 with preference in OTC (Order to Cash) /ATR (Account to report).

- A team player with business acumen who is culturally sensitive

- Ability to understand business processes, and adequately apply relevant financial processes and policies.

- Provide internal customers timely with business analysis and offer creative solutions.

- Prioritize day-to-day work to accomplish set goals and meet business needs appropriately. Delivers high quality services to internal customers.

- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
