The EU Delivery Service Providers (DSP) Management team works with the various European countries to optimize our end-to-end relationships with the Delivery Service Providers (DSP's), focusing on providing a best-in-class partnerships with our stakeholders across EU. We are looking for a new leader in our team responsible for growth of a new DSP program across Europe.

The AMZL Sen. Manager EU DSP Central Services develops, owns the roadmaps and operations of all business critical central functions supporting our partners in the field incl. payments, Value Added Services and effective communications, support around performance and financial insights.
You will supervise a team of senior program managers and work closely with in-country DSP Management teams and other cross-functional teams to streamline and standardize payment processes, improve our offer of value added services that make our partners successful in every day operations and support our partners with insights in their performance and financial insights.
You will regularly engage with senior stakeholders across Europe to report on the performance of our services and the development and implementation of effective roadmaps for improving the operational experience of our partners.

Key Job Responsibilities:
· Coordinate a team of program managers and directing teams for payment execution and value added services across EU.
· Create and own a roadmap of value added services to be rolled out across EU to continuously improve the operations of our partners and supervise the team responsible for implementation and operation of these services.
· Handle all aspects of DSP payments and ensure that we continuously innovate to exceed our partners' expectations in terms of quality and speed.
· Supervise the team to support partners with insights and questions in their daily operations and in effectively creating a community of partners.
· Regularly update EU Sen. Management on the status and roadmaps of your team across Europe
· Build close networks with in field operations to understand day to day routines and continuously identify areas for optimization


· 10+ years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain
· Master degree
· Experience in leading teams of at least 10 people and supervising direct reports · Solid pragmatical skills and ability to analyze quantitatively and problem-solve
· Sound business judgement and experience in negotiation and management of 3rd parties
· Solid oral and written communication skills and proven ability to influence others
· Exceptional organization skills and ability to organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
· Experience coordinating and interacting with cross-functional teams and operating in a matrix organization
· Willingness to travel &gt50%
· Proficient with Microsoft Office


· Experience in the parcel delivery or express delivery sector
· Previous experience leading a rapid expansion plan or launching a new business/ product
· Business Development and Program Management experience
