The EU DSP Management team works with various European countries in the last mile space to optimize end-to-end relationships with our Delivery Service Partners (DSP's), focusing on providing a best-in-class partnership with key stakeholders. We are looking for a new launch and expansion leader in our team responsible for growth of a new DSP program across Europe.

The Amazon Logistics Sen. Manager EU DSP Expansion and Integration, owns the launch plan and localization of the DSP operating model in partnership with worldwide product owners and in-country DSP management teams. You will manage a team of operational implementation managers who are in-country subject matter experts of the program owning launch, change management support and optimization of day to day operations resulting in DSP satisfaction and profitability. In addition you will manage program launch managers who ensure on time execution of pilot and full launch phase of the program and migration managers who evolve our operating model through organic growth. This is a highly visible role and requires regular engagement with senior stakeholders in Europe and WW partners to optimize the DSP product, report on performance and lead with innovative solutions to improve operating costs for the DSP and Amazon.

Key Job Responsibilities:
· Manage and lead a team of program managers responsible for launch, implementation and evolution of our operating model
· Partner with worldwide product owners and EU stakeholders to ensure localization needs are represented, involving written key inputs for launch documentation
· Use operational metrics and voice of the DSP data to define process improvements to the operating model solving for DSP pain points
· Innovate to drive cost savings that positively impact DSP and Amazon financials
· Create SMEs within the team to support stakeholders and partners with insights and solutions that facilitate change and maintain DSP business health
· Define migration strategies that create organic growth and standardization across EU
· Lead the function to be known as EU gatekeeper of the operating model ensuring insight and feedback is cascaded to WW product owners driving positive change
· Build meaningful partnerships globally as the program expands sharing knowledge and best practice to achieve right first time execution


· 10+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or Operations
· Master degree in any discipline
· Experience leading diverse, remote teams of at least 10 people and managing direct reports ·
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse complex quantitative and qualitative data leading to a sound ability to problem solve
· Solid business judgment with experience of grass roots operations gained in a fast-paced environment
· Demonstrate ability to manage P&L or cost saving methodologies
· Strong oral and written communication skills with a proven ability to influence others
· Exceptional organization skills, ability to pivot quickly and manage multiple competing tasks
· Experience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams and operating in a matrix organization
· Willingness to travel around 50%
· Proficient with Microsoft Office


· Experience in parcel delivery, multi-drop sectors
· Previous experience leading a rapid expansion plan or launching a new business/product
· Program Management qualification
