The Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Community Operations team is charged with defining a plan for ensuring our AMZL operations deliver a positive net impact in the communities where we operate today and in the future. As a Sr. Program Manager, Community Engagement and Impact, you will play a key role in shaping our strategy to demonstrate AMZL's willingness to invest where we operate. You will work closely with key partners to shape how and where we invest in order to drive impact in hyper local and demonstrate that we are good neighbors. You are excited about ambiguity and a "start-up" type environment, passionate about leading purposeful work, learning and building something from scratch, and can work seamlessly across multiple stakeholder groups.

In this role, you will:
· Define a strategy and develop a set of core guidelines that aligns with AMZL's values/mission, to serve as a roadmap for our time, volunteer, and giving strategy.
· Build, launch, and evolve a funding model and playbook that empowers and helps employees direct their engagement towards activities which they determine are most important to their communities.
· Build, launch, and evolve an engagement mechanism for approving, tracking, and closing out Engagements Activities (globally).
· Build, launch, and evolve a mechanism to intake ideas from AMZL Operations Workers on potential engagement opportunities.
· Establish and nurture deep, high-trust relationships with multi-state non-profit organizations to understand their objectives and develop strategy on how best to partner with them.

You have demonstrated:
· An ability to build lasting, strong partnerships with diverse stakeholders
· That you can deliver results using metrics and analytics, providing a cadence of progress reports against annual goals.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

· Bachelor's Degree
· Experience defining Community Engagement/Relations program requirements and using data and metrics to determine impact
· 5+ years of experience in Community Engagement/Relations program or project management


· MA and/or MBA
· 5 + years of supply chain, logistics, e-commerce or product management experience
· Global program management experience
· Passion for the cause of community engagement
· A proven track record of developing highly-impactful, large-scale programs that deliver positive community impact.
