We are looking for an entrepreneurial, innovative and analytical candidate with an eye for creating compelling products and a passion for building new promotional channels. She/he will be responsible for identifying new products and services, analyzing carriers P&L, running benchmarks, setting pricing points and providing actionable insight into performance, as well as building marketing plans.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, great at meeting multiple deadlines, and comfortable with a varied set of software and marketing tools.

Job Responsibilities
- Identifying new products/services to launch, analyzing gaps and improvements on existing portfolio and overall increasing our program adoption.
- Lead product launch process from a marketing perspective building communication for our customers on Amazon' pages along with the tech teams.
- Own goals around leads/traffic, carrier acquisition and other input drivers to achieve business growth.
- Partnering with other internal Amazon teams to ensure successful implementation of all marketing related tools.
- Conducting surveys, trainings, market researches and roundtables with Amazon partners to enhance the program.
- Owning and driving projects to enhance user experience.

The position is based in Amazon's EU Headquarters in the vibrant city of Luxembourg.


· Ability to work with multiple teams, vendors, partners, and management.
· Experience in marketing or e-commerce is highly desired
· Candidates must be able to think and act both strategically and tactically
· Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial
· Strong analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position
· Liaising and collaborating with external partners will also require negotiation skills.
· A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) is required
· Advanced Excel skills required
· Fluency in English is required


· Academic focus on Operations Management, Mathematics/Engineering or MBA.
· Proficiency in SQL is desired
· Experience in Transportation, Freight Forwarding and Logistics - a strong plus
· Fluency in an additional European language
