We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to own end to end management of a program within Amazon operations. As Senior Program Manager, you will work across senior leadership, project teams, HR, legal, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and timelines for planning, development, and implementation. A successful candidate would think both strategically and tactically, deliver a structured framework and project timeline, develop test and implementation plans, and coordinate activities and stakeholders. This role will also own development of training materials and systems documentation in conjunction with the learning and development teams.

Key responsibilities:
· Oversee all aspects of the project, including developing recommendations for implementation, setting deadlines and tracking progress against a tight project schedule, assigning responsibilities, and working across stakeholders and leadership to ensure teams are aligned with the overall project vision
· Develop strategies for change management, business process improvement, and optimization.
· Ensure consistent communication of project progress across all teams that are both involved and affected by the change process.
· Prepare and present reports for upper management regarding the status of a project


· Proven professional experience in program, project or launch management
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or similar discipline
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and organisational skills
· Proficient in managing change through data-driven solutions
· Proven ability to influence and drive results laterally and remotely through cross-functional colleagues
· Proven ability to thrive in a high-energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel
· Travel may be required on occasion


· Ability to organize and analyze detailed information and present it in a variety of formats for business, executive, and technical audiences
· Proven track record of creating mechanisms for managing stakeholders, keeping multiple initiatives/projects on track, and doing whatever it takes to deliver results
· Proven ability to deliver in a virtual, largely field based organization
· High level of initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision
· Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems, showing a track record of making business decisions using relevant data and insights
· Nimbleness and comfort with ambiguity; demonstrated track record of creative problem solving; thinks big, starts small, grows fast
· Experience with supply chain and logistics
