The East Suffolk and North East NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to recruit well-motivated and enthusiastic call handlers for the ESNEFT staff helpline supporting staff across 2 acute hospital sites and several community facilities. This is a fixed term post ending 31st March 2021, based at Ipswich Hospital.

The post holder will respond to calls providing accurate and timely advice to managers and staff on Covid 19 (e.g. self isolating, shielding, testing, process for risk assessments) and other absences in accordance with internal processes and standard operating procedures. For wider HR matters, you will be required to answer general queries and where appropriate, direct both staff and manager to the correct function in order to resolve their query.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have proven administrative and IT skills. You will be able to provide a high level of customer service, showing empathy and understanding in dealing with queries.

*Interviews for this role are expected to take place the week commencing 19th October.*
