Job description
The Development Directorate creates change in society for blind and partially sighted people to thrive; and comprises of social change, policy and campaigns, innovation and customer voice, sector engagement, strategy and performance, and the devolved administrations of Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

The coronavirus crisis has seen the sight loss charity sector come closer together and collaborate which we want to build on for the future. You will be part of a small team working as part of the Directorate's plan to build charity sector relationships for the benefit of blind and partially sighted people.

You will play a pivotal part in delivery of RNIB's strategic priority to "Innovate public, private and third sector support services to provide a more efficient and effective sight loss pathway."

With extensive experience in forming constructive two-way partnerships and managing stakeholder relations with a focus to improving eye health and sight loss pathways, and support for blind and partially sighted people generally. You will have highly developed skills in negotiating, influencing, implementing, managing design processes and specific projects with partners to innovate and improve provision.
